Orchard House Culinary Studio Inc. offers unique private dining and interactive culinary experiences for small to medium size groups with an emphasis on local ingredients. Our future studio will be set within a 4 acre apple orchard that overlooks the Norfolk County countryside. Influenced by the culinary traditions of Italy and France and guided by principles of the Slow Food movement we strive to promote local culinary products and traditions with an emphasis on terroir and the importance of local taste. Our clients believe in supporting local farmers and producers in order to raise the quality of our food choices. Whenever possible we partner with local producers to promote local produce and products with the objective to help define a local terroir profile and cuisine.
